Based on your profile, we will identify suitable employers in Serbia who are actively hiring for roles that match your skills (hospitality, production, housekeeping, etc.).
Once we find a match, we will coordinate the transfer of your Unified Work Permit (ID card) or apply for a new one if necessary. The cost of all legal documentation – including visa fees and permit processing – is fully covered by the company.
We will present you with an official offer. Once accepted, you will sign a new employment contract, and we’ll ensure everything is registered with Serbian authorities in accordance with the law.
