Customer Support Specialist (Finnish Language)

Job Description

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Providing customers with information about the company’s services and opportunities, as well as further cooperation with clients
• Offering all information regarding current offers and benefits for customers
• Updating and maintaining the internal database
• Close cooperation with other departments within the company

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma (Level IV)
• Minimum B2 level of proficiency in Finnish and English
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
• Computer literacy
