Opis pozicije

Responsibilities

  • Support daily financial and administrative operations
  • Process invoices, reconciliations, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets and databases
  • Communicate with US clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues
  • Follow internal procedures and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with senior colleagues on time-sensitive tasks

 

Requirements

  • Junior or entry-level candidate (previous experience in administration or finance is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
