Quality Engineer
Opis pozicije
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle QA complaints and manage engineering services within multinational companies in the automotive industry
- Coordinate engineer’s and technician’s assignments as authorized by management
- Provide high-quality engineering services in line with customer expectations, continuously monitor requirements, and maintain professional communication with partner representatives
- In case of QA issues, follow the complaint-handling process, inform partners about procedures, and take necessary corrective actions
- Prepare non-conformity analyses and collaborate with process and production engineers on corrective measures
- Supervise products and control product quality
- In case of supplier-related problems, initiate and monitor non-conformity procedures, inform suppliers, and take appropriate actions
- Implement 8D methodology and other corrective actions using quality assurance tools
- Maintain communication with customers regarding complaints, PPAP, and production-related issues
- Prepare PPAP documentation and submit it to the customer
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects and services initiated by senior management
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in quality, manufacturing, or automotive industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
