Opis pozicije

• Leading and overseeing complex customs operations, ensuring full compliance and efficient processing of all shipments.
• Acting as the main point of contact for customs authorities, resolving complex issues and disputes.
• Managing and archiving customs documentation (B and S files).
• Driving process improvements, monitoring KPIs, and optimizing customs performance.
• Coordinating with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Managing timelines, identifying process deviations, and reporting operational issues.
• Supporting internal and external audits, validating documentation, and preparing required reports.
• Delivering internal, client, and statutory reporting.
• Providing training and knowledge transfer to team members.
• Ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards while contributing to supply chain optimization.

Uslovi

• IV degree of professional qualification
• Advanced English knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• 5 or more years of experience
• Extensive knowledge customs operations experience
