Senior Mechanical Installation Projects Coordinator (HVAC)

Job Description:

• Plans and coordinates construction projects for mechanical installations (HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and sewage) in accordance with defined deadlines and quality standards
• Prepares execution plans and budgets, assigns tasks, and supervises their completion
• Regularly visits construction sites and monitors work progress, ensuring compliance with the project, technical documentation, and contractual obligations
• Collaborates with site managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and align deviations from the planned solutions
• Monitors the quality of completed works and ensures compliance with regulations, standards, and technical norms, including checking the quality of installed equipment and materials (certificates, approvals, etc.)
• Coordinates work schedules and monitors compliance with agreed deadlines, with regular project status updates
• Participates in solving technical challenges on site and proposes improvements and optimization of execution methods
• Prepares project status reports and participates in coordination meetings
• Suggests measures to improve processes and increase execution efficiency

Requirements:

• Holds relevant license(s) (responsible contractor and/or designer for mechanical installations)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical installation execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Active knowledge of English
• Driving license (Category B)
