Tool Coordinator

Opis pozicije

Duties:

• Contributes to the management of the shop floor and coordinates changes, optimizations and preventive maintenance with the injection molding department, the internal toolmaking department, and with external toolmaking partners
• Performs tool checks and injection molding procedures at one of the Group locations
• Coordinates relocation with an international tool management team and local tool workers and technologist / injector experts
• Make final changes, adjustments and optimizations of tools and controls internal and external interfaces in coordination with the international project team
• Supervises database and management tools
• Evaluates requests for changes and monitors changes in the database of articles
• Monitors and optimizes processes, workflows and work environment in accordance with  Company Process System
• Controls maintenance and repair costs
• Responsible for injection molding tools in series production

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mold maintenance for injection molding or metal stamping tools
• Familiarity with metal processing, milling, grinding, polishing
• Basic knowledge of CAD
• Knowledge of 5S, and MS Office package
• English language is a must condition, written and spoken

Personal Profile:

• Communication skills – in order to cooperate with external suppliers regarding spare parts ordering
• Mechanically oriented with knowlegde of metal processing as well as treatment of the surface of the metal
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment, prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish the project result
• Willingness to travel for training
